This is going to be short - thought I would shed light on a simple practice that has the ability to contribute surprisingly delightful moments to ones life experience. Creating this mood of being gracious is something we can very easily begin to do - because we CAN control ourSelves and our emotions.
When you do this - you will find people responding to you in better ways, because they will feel heard, respected and nurtured. When this happens, take might begin to take care of you and give you benefits you did not expect.
