Profile Information

Relationship Status:
Married
Things I love to do:
Live life consciously - to be engaged with my narrative of what it means to live well.... which is to live a good life, have the money to avoid pain and suffering and be of service when ever possible.

I have been interested in human awareness for over 18 years now, studying spiritual texts and practices of the Christian, Buddhist, Hindu, Taoist, and Native American traditions. I have also been interested in Bushido, martial arts of several kinds and the world of energy as it relates to us living as spiritual being that just happen to be human at this time.

Besides all this - I love being in nature; from the high desert country of New Mexico and Arizona to the tropics of Puerto Rico, from the hills of Kentucky to the beaches of Brazil - this planet we live on is just teaming with life and I love being part of it.

I also like to cook, play music, ride Ducati motorcycles and spend time with my wife Shino.
People I would love to meet:
People that are awake, open minded and committed to living a life of authenticity, love and service.

Oprah on the Secret

I like how she speaks about it hear, especially in the last 15 seconds of this clip. We need to remember that the secret works, but it is incomplete and not the "end all" or the panacea to all our worries.

Check it out; its worth the listen

Its Time Be Gracious

This is going to be short - thought I would shed light on a simple practice that has the ability to contribute surprisingly delightful moments to ones life experience. Creating this mood of being gracious is something we can very easily begin to do - because we CAN control ourSelves and our emotions.

When you do this - you will find people responding to you in better ways, because they will feel heard, respected and nurtured. When this happens, take might begin to take care of you and give you… Continue

Its a beautiful weekend

Make it a weekend of love and life ... and there will be light.

I just had a great conversation with a perfect stranger ... when we started. Her name is Jennifer and she just got laid off work yesterday, but you would never have imagined it. She is an Elevator Mechanic and you would never have called that either. Cute elevator mechanic, I might add. There she was sitting on her car, in the parking lot of Whole Foods in San Mateo, CA eating a sandwich basking in the afternoon sun and - Shino and… Continue

The meaning of love

Gosh - its been too long since we did anything here on this site. Enough!! Its time we organized ourselves - so we may serve the world. Love is action. This is my definition of it.

Let's take a stand and celebrate love. Celebrate - really means, to talk about and acknowledge. Then lets act. Lets do something that celebrates love in our life. It might be with another family member, it might be you taking time out of your day to go for a walk alone in the woods - celebrating the love you feel wit… Continue

Make 2009 Powerful

Hello my happy friends that are Living Life Right!

I conducted a workshop in Tokyo and had a wonderful experience, they loved the content so much that I thought, why not spread the love. So I wrote and eBook that lays out a systematic approach you can take to Make 2009 a Powerful year for yourself.

It uses the Wha-Dho Philosophy that I invented after 20 odd years of studying Human Awareness.

Hi Paul,
Great site! A long lost Hungarian cousin of mine, living in Romania, found me on this site. How did that happen? What were the triggers/action for him to find me?
More site navigation questions at another time.
Cheers, Steve

Dear Paul -

Oh, thanks for checking in! I'm in Tokyo now, just back from Osaka . . . and didn't realize that you had moved to Ohio. I lived in Dayton for 4 years and Cleveland for 3 years.

Doing very well, enjoying life's adventures, and happy to say that the pandemic is the biggest risk my business faces at the moment. Wow, I never thought my business would have to consider that as part of the risk analysis!

Take care, and be well. - Kimberly

Paul, I work in the world of renewable energies. Specifically, mono-crystalline and poly-crystalline photovoltaic design/installation. In addition to my day job, I serve on a board of directors for a new clothing line that is made in the USA, completely organic and minority owned. My wife and I are attempting to live green and encourage/influence others to do the same. One planet, one goal. Your site looks great. Thanks, Mike Sanjurjo

Hi Paul - Thanks for the invitation. I think the definition of living life right will be as unique as every individual. It's up to each person to decide what right living is for them, and then how much focus and energy they have available to make it happen. I'm on a spiritual path of yoga and follow the teachings, so what I need to do to live life right for me is very specific.

According to the scriptures, attaining the goal of yoga is the most difficult of all human endeavors. To quote Mahatma Gandhi, "It is not so difficult to endure bullets in your chest; but it is extremely difficult to work daily on a schedule, to fight with yourself at every moment, and in this way, to purify yourself."

For me, living right is engaging in this struggle to purify myself, and my efforts fall short often, but what is important to me is that I never stop trying and I never give up.

Im fine Paul, nice to hear from you again!!
I try to be myself, to be conguent, authentic. this is what comes to my mind when I think in live life right. I guess the problem starts when other people disagree or dislike it. I believe it is good to listen to the others and not life in a comfort shelter, but be oneself, be honest with oneself this open mind state is what makes me feel free and happy. take care.
